POSTER DISPLAY

Are you interested in submitting a poster for display at ITW / ANC in Melbourne, AUSTRALIA, 19-23 August 2009?

Do you have a relevant research project or information you'd like to share with interpreter educators/interpreting practitioners at the Interpreter Trainers' Workshop (ITW) or the ASLIA National Conference (ANC) this year?

Would your project lend itself to a visual format/could it be easily explained in a conference poster?

Why not consider submitting a poster for display at the ITW and the ANC in Melbourne, Australia, from 19-23 August 2009?

If you are interested in displaying a poster, please submit a 150 word abstract regarding your poster proposal to us at itn@aslia.com.au by Friday 26 June 2009. The proposal should also include your name/affiliation; title of poster; and your contact details. You will be advised of the outcome of your submission by Friday 10 July 2009. Please refer to attached poster preparation suggestions/guidelines for further information, and feel free to contact us via email if you have any queries.

If successful with your submission, your poster can be displayed at both events, and you do not have to be in attendance at either event if you can arrange for someone else to bring your poster to the venue, set up and take down your poster, and return it to you.

If you will be joining us at ITW and ANC, we can allocate you a specific poster session timeslot during one of the break times over the duration of the two events, so conference delegates will know you are available at that time to discuss your poster in more detail.
